Eye-Bex Sports Therapy provides sports and remedial massage in Ingleton, North Yorkshire. The clinic is based in The iCentre, the former middle school, is easily accessible with plenty of free car parking on site.

A bit about me…

Member Sports Massage Association and the Sports Therapy Organisation.

Having left the corporate marketing and the public health sphere in 2011, I retrained to level 4 (ITEC) in Sports Massage Therapy at St Mary’s University College, Twickenham and graduated in 2012. Since then I have taken courses in Pregnancy Massage, electrotherapies and taping & strapping.

In clinic I see sports people engaged in cycling, running, triathlon, Judo and gymnastics, football, equestrian sports and ballet. I also see golfers, gardeners and extreme ironers. Equally, I see people who “just walk the dog” or “want to get back to” doing their thing if only they could feel less worried about their last injury. Sports and remedial massage is for everyone!

Weekends are often spent delivering sports massage at events around the country including individual challenges (The Spine Race, Yorkshire 10 tops, Bob Grahams etc) the Maserati Tour de Yorkshire Ride, Fox Ultra, Fred Whitton Challenge,  ITU Vitality World Triathlon Series, Human Race events, Blenheim Triathlon, the London Marathon and various endurance events around the country.

I only hold data that enables me to make contact with my patients (such as email addressess and telephone numbers) and to track treatments that I give to individuals (my clinical notes).
